The aim of the postgraduate program is to offer to graduated lawyers already trained within the framework of the legal MA formation in European Commercial Law, European Institutional Law and International Private Law, special knowledge in European Business Law enabling them by getting on in depth introduction into business related aspects of European law to solve in a professional manner problems arising in legal disputes having EC law aspects and to give useful legal advice to business. Participants will acquire the necessary legal framework at the level of substantial law and its implications at national and international level. The course will enable them to apply, to interpret and to use these rules in an efficient manner in their everyday work. It will make them be able to communicate and cooperate with business in an easier way and qualify them to ensure a professional legal representation in front of national and international fora.
